Two (3-hour) seminars designed to help participants learn tools to empower themselves and their child, including an understanding of infant brain development. Topics include:
- How belief systems are formed
 - How the human brain functions & new info about infant brain development.
 - Statistics and studies involving babies and adults around positive self esteem
 - Tools to increase self-esteem in the participants and their baby
 - Identify where and how personal changes can be implemented to enrich the participant’s life as well as the life of their child.

 - Must be agency referred
 - Prenatal vitamins & vitamin D drops for breastfed Infants
 - Pregnant women and families with children up to 12 months old
 - Counselling with a nutritionist and social worker

 - Provides home delivery of fresh milk and formula to children and pregnant and nursing moms
 - Referred by a health-based organization
